... "Doom and gloom" stories about the current economic slowdown, sparked by the mortgage mess in the U.S.

Now, I don't mean to make light of a serious situation. I know that a lot of very big companies have been caught with their pants down, so to speak.

Do you want to become rich and famous? Do you have a talent that just needs to be developed? Once you harness your motivation, improve your talents, and market your gifts, you will become rich and famous. Here is a thumbnail sketch of some of the elements needed in planning your royal road to success.

When you view your problems do you do so from the perspective of what you did before to try and solve them. When you really think about it, you're not the same person you were back then when you originally had the problem. When you shift your perspective, you realize that you have more resources now.

When you believe in impossible things, they become possible. All major breakthroughs in progress happened when someone dared to dream about something that was considered impossible. How could Mahatma Ghandi, a single man, bring down the mighty British Empire? How could Martin Luther King bring respect to a people who had historically always been disowned? How could Nelson Mandela, a prisoner, overthrow the government of his captors and become its leader? It is all because they dared to dream the impossible dream. Dare you imagine what is possible for you if you dare to dream?

We tend to forget that we create the circumstances that we bemoan. By taking responsibility for being at cause, we can then do something about it. We don't have to be victims to effect.
